In substantial compliance with the WESM Rules, this report covers the rules change process, RCC activities and status of WESM Rule change proposals.

Highlighted are the proposed changes to the WESM Rules and Manuals that are aimed at improving the efficiency of WESM operations and WESM governance, institutionalizing the alternative dispute resolution process, and providing long-term solutions to possibly recurring crisis.

The future actions of the RCC to improve its processes and to efficiently fulfill its mandate and responsibilities to the industry are also discussed.
