1. Can we send the Letter of Intent (LOI) and the associated documents electronically?
The Letter of Interest (LOI) and associated documents in softcopies (PDF), sent through electronic mail (mag@wesm.ph), will be accepted and must be submitted on or before 08 June 2009, 5:00 PM (Philippine time). However, original copies consistent with the PDF file must be submitted on or before 11 June 2009, 5:00 PM (Philippine time). Original copies not received by 11 June 2009 will invalidate the submission of LOI.

2. Can we submit expressions of interest for both tasks (1 and 2) or for one task only?
Only one (1) Expression of Interest (EOI) must be submitted for both tasks (1 and 2).

3. What is the indicative timeline for audit commencement and submission of final audit report?
All details, including schedules, regarding the project will be provided in the Request for Proposal (RFP), which will be issued to Shortlisted Firms.
