The Rules Change Committee (RCC) is inviting all WESM Members and interested parties to submit comments to theNGCP's Proposed Amendments to the WESM Rules and WESM Manual on Dispatch Protocol regarding Enhancements and Updating of the System Operator's Re-Dispatching, Reporting and Market Intervention/Suspension Procedures (ORCP-WR-WM-22-14).

The proposal aims to update and enhance the System Operator's procedures for re-dispatch implementation, submission of system advisories and significant incident reports, and the procedures during Market Intervention/Suspension.

The WESM documents for amendments are:

1. WESM Rules; and
2. WESM Manual on Dispatch Protocol (DP Manual)

You can download a copy of the discussion paper and matrix of the proposed amendments from the proposal webpage.

Kindly submit your comments (in Word format) through the File a Submission pageno later than 08 March 2023 or 30 working days from the date of publication (25 January 2023). Please input in the proper field the e-mail address of your point person(s) with whom we could further contact regarding activities related to the processing of the proposal.
