The PEM Audit Committee (PAC) would like to inform all WESM Members and other interested parties that the 4^th Review of Metering Installations and Arrangements is set to commence in 07 March 2023.

This audit shall cover the period 26 June 2016 to 25 June 2021 under the one-hour market and 26 June 2021 to 25 June 2022 under the five-minute market.

All Metering Services Providers (MSPs) including the Market Operator will be audited for the following tasks:

1. Procedures/Process and Compliance Review
2. Review of Systems used by MSPs; and
3. Review of Metering Installations (On-site Inspection)

Further, please be informed that an Independent Auditor, the Alliance of Power & Energy Xponents, Inc., (APEX), was engaged to conduct the audit under the supervision of the PAC. As part of the inception phase, the list of data requirements for this audit will be provided to all MSPs and Market Operator after the kick-off meeting.
