CALLING ALL REM PARTICIPANTS TO UPDATE YOUR REM REGISTRATION INFORMATION

In accordance with REM Registration Manual Section 5.3 and as part of our commitment to maintain accurate participant records and ensure timely and seamless exchange of communication/information on REM, PEMC, as the interim Renewable Energy Registrar, is enjoining all REM Participants who have changes in the information it has provided in its original application to submit the following, as applicable:

Participant/Company Name	REM Application Form submit in Electronic and hard copy	Electronic copy of any of the ff, as applicable: Articles of Incorporation Certificate of Franchise Retail Electricity Supplier License
Main Contact REM Compliance Officer REM Enforcement Officer REM Dispute Focal Person	REM Application Form submit in Electronic and hard copy	Electronic and hard copy of the Signed and Notarized Secretary Certificate
Users of the Philippine Renewable Energy Market System (PREMS)	Digital Certificate Request Form submit in electronic copy	None
Updates on registered facilities	Facility Registration Form submit in Electronic (excel and pdf versions) and hard copy	As applicable: Certificate of Compliance Net-Metering Agreement Facility Owner Letter of Consent to the Host DU Notarized Letter of Attestation for Bulk RE Facilities (applicable for Net-Metering) Connection Agreement
