Call for Comments for the Proposed Amendments to the WESM Dispatch Protocol Manual to Enhance Procedures in Must-Run Unit Accounting

The Rules Change Committee (RCC) is inviting all WESM Members and interested parties to submit comments to IEMOP’s Proposed Amendments to the WESM Dispatch Protocol Manual to Enhance Procedures in Must-Run Unit Accounting (ORCP-WM-19-18).

The proposal aims to improve accounting of energy produced during ramp down following compliance to must-run unit dispatch instruction and the processing of discrepancy reports.

Kindly submit your comments by courier and by e-mail in Word format (.doc or .docx) no later than 04 December 2019 or 30 working days from the date of publication (22 October 2019). Please write your comments in the relevant matrices.
