The Rules Change Committee (RCC) is inviting all WESM Members and interested parties to submit comments to the Proposed General Amendments on the Harmonization of the WESM and Retail Rules and Market Manuals with ERC Resolution No. 13 Series of 2024 ("A Resolution Adopting the Omnibus Rules for Customer Choice Programs") (ORCP-WR-WM-RR-RM-25-03).

The proposed amendments seek to:

• Reflect and harmonize the WESM and Retail Rules and Market Manuals with ERC Resolution No. 13, S. of 2024, entitled “A Resolution Adopting the Omnibus Rules for Customer Choice Programs” (the “Omnibus Rules”) and
• Institutionalize the procedures adopted by the Central Registration Body for the Customer Choice Programs

The WESM documents for amendment are the following:

2. WESM Registration, Suspension and De-Registration Criteria and Procedures Manual Issue 18
3. WESM Manual: Billing and Settlement Manual Issue 16
4. Retail Rules
5. Retail Manual: Registration Criteria and Procedures Issue 4.0
6. Retail Manual: Market Transactions Procedures Issue 4.0
7. Retail Manual Metering Standards and Procedures Issue 7.0
8. Retail Manual: Green Energy Option Program Procedures 1.0
