Dear REM Participants,

Please be advised that the RE Registrar has already re- issued the RECs for Non- FiT Compliance Mechanism (i. e. RE generation under Power Supply Agreement and sold in the WESM) corresponding to the January 2018 Billing Period.

REM Participants (i.e. Distribution Utilities and RES with contracts with RPS Eligible RE Facilities and Non-FiT RE Generators) with issued RECs for the said period are requested to submit the accomplished REC Validation Form using the prescribed template on or before 27 October 2021, 05:00 PM.

Please refer below for the timeline of activities relative to REC Validation and Issuance of Non- FiT Compliance Mechanism for January 2018:

To validate the RECs issued to your company/organization, please log-in to your respective Philippine Renewable Energy Market System (PREMS) account. Please be advised that the REC Issuance Validation Form shall be submitted to the REM participant who receives the REC (i.e. Distribution Utilities and RES with contracts with RPS Eligible RE Facilities and Non-FiT RE Generators). On the other hand, if your company did not receive any RECs for the subject billing period, you are not required to submit the form.
