Posting of Revised Market Rules and Market Manuals for Enhanced WESM Design and Operations

Please be informed that the version of the WESM Rules, WESM Manuals, Retail Market Rules and Retail Market Manuals for Enhanced WESM Design and Operations (EWDO) have been posted in the PEMC website following the DOE’s promulgation of the commercial operations of the New Market Management System per DOE DC2021-06-0015 dated 25 June 2021.

The Market Rules and Manuals for EWDO shall take effect beginning 26 June 2021, subject to conditions set forth in DOE DC2021-06-0015 to be observed during the initial phase of the commercial operations of EWDO.
