PEM Audit Committee

The PEM Audit Committee (PAC) is primarily tasked to conduct various operational audits on the systems and procedures of the Market Operator and metering arrangements review on WESM and retail Metering Services Providers (MSPs). The PAC performs these functions in accordance with the Market Rules and PEM Audit Manual.

Currently, the PAC is composed of the following members:

	Mr. Francisco L.R. Castro, Jr - Chairperson Doctor of Philosophy in Energy Engineering (dissertation pending), Master of Business Administration, B.S. in Industrial Engineering Senior Lecturer, Department of Industrial Engineering and Operations Research, UP Diliman Associate, Tensaiken Consulting Fields of Expertise: Operations and Logistics Management, Health and Safety Management, Downstream Oil and Gas, Energy Engineering
	Ms. Concepcion I. Tanglao B.S. Chemistry Former Consultant/ Vice President, Corporate Planning & Director for Corporate Affairs - Philippine Resins Industries Inc. Former President, Association of Petrochemical Manufacturers in the Philippines Fields of Expertise: Corporate/Business Planning, Corporate Affairs/Communications, Petrochemical Manufacturing, Renewable/Non-conventional Energy
	Mr. Jayson B. Yu B.S. Management Information Systems, AB Interdisciplinary Studies Chief Operating Officer/Chief Technology Officer, InfoDyne, Inc. Fields of Expertise: Software Engineering, System Integration, DevSecOps and Cloud Technologies.
