Overview
The proposed amendments seek to:
- Reflect and harmonize the WESM and Retail Rules and Market Manuals with ERC Resolution No. 13, S. of 2024, entitled “A Resolution Adopting the Omnibus Rules for Customer Choice Programs” (the “Omnibus Rules”) and
- Institutionalize the procedures adopted by the Central Registration Body for the Customer Choice Programs
